H. Lundbeck, Share capital increase as a result of employees exercising warrants

H. Lundbeck A/S will on 17 May 2006 file an increase of its share capital by DKK 213,250, nominal value, with the Danish Commerce and Companies Agency as a result of employees exercising warrants.
