H. Lundbeck, Share capital increase as a result of employees exercising warrants

H. Lundbeck A/S will on 22 March 2006 file an increase of its share capital by DKK 169,850, nominal value, with the Danish Commerce and Companies Agency as a result of employees exercising warrants.
