H. Lundbeck, Share capital increase as a result of employees exercising warrants

H. Lundbeck A/S will on 24 November 2005 file an increase of its share capital by DKK 69,000, nominal value, with the Danish Commerce and Companies Agency as a result of employees exercising warrants. The registered share capital will subsequently amount to DKK 1,136,107,265 divided into 227,221,453 shares of DKK 5 each.
