Interim financial report - Q1 2009.

- First-quarter revenue was DKK 221.4 million (2008: DKK 416.2 million). 

- First-quarter EBITDA was DKK 2 million (2008: DKK 69 million). 

- The first-quarter result before tax was a loss of DKK 38 million 
  (2008:profit of DKK 34 million). 

- Equity at 31 March 2009 stood at DKK 691 million.

- Net interest-bearing debt at 31 March 2009 amounted to DKK 960 million.

- The new aircrete factory near St Petersburg was commissioned in May.

- H+H expects a full-year loss before tax of around DKK 100 million.

- Full-year profit before interest, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) is 
  expected to be around DKK 100 million.

- The visibility of the development in the markets remains very low.
