That is why Hackney Homes is sending this gentle reminder to jog your memory this festive season. There are lots of easy ways to pay - online, over the telephone, by Paypoint or at the Payment offices. If you are having difficulty paying your rent, you should contact your Housing Manager as soon as possible. They will be able to help and refer you to our Debt Counselling Service, Welfare Rights or other local advice agency such as Citizen's Advice Bureau. They will be able to advise how to deal with debt and benefits and how you can maximise your income. Chief Executive of Hackney Homes Charlotte Graves said: “Hackney Homes wants all our tenants to have an enjoyable time over the festive period. That is why we are reminding tenants to stay up to date with their rent and get in touch with us as soon as possible if they are experiencing problems. We have a wide range of support available to assist and we will be more than happy to help”.
