Anne Grethe Dalane resigns from the Board of Directors of Hafslund ASA effective as of 10 September 2009. Dalane is relocating to Buenos Aires to manage Yara's operations in Latin America, and for this reason leaves her position as board member in Hafslund ASA. Dalane was elected to the Board 6 May 2008 and had an original term of office until the Ordinary General Meeting in 2010. A new board member will be proposed at the next Ordinary General Meeting. Neither Dalane nor parties closely related to her hold any Hafslund shares.
