Distribution network agreement with Viken Energinett AS / Akershus Nett AS
Østnett will also include Akershus Nett AS and the equity shares in Søndre Follo Nett and Follo Energiverk AS. Viken Energinett AS will own 49% of the shares in Østnett AS and Akershus Nett Holding.
Through this transaction Hafslund ASA will increase its ownership in Viken Energinett AS from 25% to 33%, together with a cash payment.
This agreement will have to be approved by the general assembly in Viken Energinett AS later this week.
