Hafslund – Buy back and increase of bond issue

Hafslund ASA has bought back NOK 100 million in the bond issue 5.5 % Hafslund ASA 09/15, ISIN NO0010496524, HNA92. After this transaction, the outstanding amount in this bond issue is NOK 300 million.

Hafslund ASA has increased the bond issue FRN Hafslund ASA 10/15, ISIN NO0010565278, HNA02 by NOK 100 million. After this transaction, the outstanding amount in this bond issue is NOK 400 million.
