Hafslund – Buy back and increase of bond issues

Hafslund ASA has increased the bond issue 4.25 % Hafslund ASA 2014/2024 – ISIN NO 001 0700818, by NOK 100 million. After this transaction, outstanding amount in the market of this bond is NOK 450 million.

Hafslund ASA has increased the bond issue FRN Hafslund ASA 2013/2016 – ISIN NO 001 0691918, HNA125 by NOK 200 million. After this transaction, outstanding amount in the market of this bond is NOK 500 million.

Hafslund ASA has bought back NOK 140 million of the bond FRN Hafslund ASA 2012/2014 - ISIN NO 001 0662893, HNA116. After this transaction, outstanding amount in the market of this bond is NOK 180 million.
