Hafslund – Change in Financial Calendar for 2015

Reference is made to stock exchange notice of 1 September 2014 with financial calendar for 2015.

The Board of Directors of Hafslund ASA has decided that 1st Quarter results 2015 and Ordinary General Meeting will take place on 7 May 2015 instead of 6 May 2015 as previously published.

Hafslund will thus have the following financial calendar for 2015:

4th Quarter results 2014 and preliminary annual results 2014, 4 February 2015
1st Quarter results 2015, 7 May 2015
Ordinary General Meeting, 7 May 2015
2nd Quarter results 2015, 10 July 2015
3rd Quarter results 2015, 22 October 2015
