Hafslund ASA (HNA) purchases the power retail business from Rakkestad Energiverk, including 33% of the company
The Agreements include purchase of Rakkestad Energiverk's power retail business (100%) for NOK 9,4 mill and purchase of 33% of Rakkestad Energiverk, including a right of first refusal on the remaining part, for NOK 34 mill.
The deal will be closed on July 1, 1999.
