Hafslund ASA has today sold 579 Hafslund shares of class B at a price of NOK 21,60 per share to Hafslund employees. The allotment is executed in connection with a general purchase program in 2003 to all employees in Hafslund ASA and companies owned with more than 50% of Hafslund ASA. After this transaction, Hafslund's balance of own shares is 986.644 of class B, which is the equivalent of 0,51 % of total outstanding shares and 1,24 % of outstanding shares of class B.
