Hafslund ASA acquires 44% in Din Energi
Hafslund is aware of a right of first refusal among the existing shareholders. The final ownership in Din Energi will therefore depend on the owners who uses their right of first refusal.
Hafslund owns today 13,55% of Din Energi, Drammen Kraft Holding 33,35%, Buskerud Energi 7,35%, and Nedre Eiker 1,97%. Din Energi has approximately 125.000 customers.
