Hafslund ASA is selling 29 % of the shares in power retail company Økokraft to Mjøskraft AS according to Mjøskrafts option agreement. The purchase sum will be approximately MNOK 80.

 

Mjøskraft and Hafslund ownership in Økokraft will after this be respectively 51 % and 46 %.

Hafslund ASA owns 54,2 % in Mjøskraft AS, thus Mjøskraft and Økokraft still will be consolidated in the Hafslund accounts. The transaction will take place during May 2003.
