Hafslund sells Haram Energi

Hafslund ASA has entered into an agreement with Vestnes Energi AS to sell all shares and to take over the subordinated loan (NOK 51,3 mill.) in the company for a price totaling NOK 107,5 million. The cash settlement will take place within 4. January 2001.
