HNA - ACQUISITON IN TINDRA APPROVED
Further, there is made an agreement giving Energiselskapet Buskerud the right to sell and Hafslund the right to purchase Energiselskapet Buskeruds shares in Tindra during 2002, and mainly to the same conditions as in the agreement with Akershus Energi.
Tindra is one of the leading power sales companies in Norway with approx. 240.000 customers. The company has 60 employees at its headquarters in Oslo.
At the same time, Viken Energinett's Board of Directors has approved the agreement with Akershus Energi to purchase 100% of Østnett.
