HNA - Termination of the Østfold Energi contract

The power delivery contract is terminated with effect from 1 July 2001, and the delivery of power will cease from the same date.
Under normal circumstances, the agreement will mean that through the termination of the contract Hafslund ASA will have the amount of approximately 480 GWh of its own generated power available for sale on the market. Originally the contract was to expire on 31 December 2004.
