The shareholders meeting also approved
the fee presented by the Auditors for
1998. It was also decided that the
compensation for the officers of the
Corporate Assembly should be left
unchanged from 1998.
The Board represented by the chairman
Mr. Johan Fredrik Odfjell chose to
withdraw the proposed purchase of own
shares.
