The Board of Hafslund ASA has in board meeting 30 March 2005 approved the audited annual accounts for 2004. There are no significant changes to the preliminary annual accounts published on 9 February 2005.

 

Ordinary General Meeting is planned to take place in Oslo on 2 May 2005. Notice of Annual General Meeting and annual accounts for 2004 will be sent all shareholders.
