Reference is made to press release of 23 February 2009 regarding issue of two new bonds.

 

The first tranche of FRN Hafslund ASA open bond issue 2009/2013 has been increased to NOK 300 million. Of this amount NOK 210 million is sold to investors and the remaining NOK 90 million is kept within the treasury of Hafslund ASA.
