Hafslund has today received certificate of registration which confirms the reduction of Hafslund's share capital by 37,184 shares of class A as approved by the General Assembly 3rd of May 2007. New share capital is NOK 195,186,264 divided into 115,427,759 shares of class A and 79,758,505 shares of class B.
