HNA/HNB - Changes to Hafslund's group management

Hafslund ASA has appointed Gunnar Gjørtz (b. 1956) as new Group Senior Vice President Treasury. Mr. Gjørtz will enter the position after further agreement. He joins from the position as CFO of Løvenskiold Vækerø AS where he has been employed since 2002. Mr. Gjørtz was CFO of NetCom ASA until the company was acquired by TeliaSonera in 1999. He has further four years of experience from the French-Belgian energy- and environment group Suez, of which two years in the United Kingdom and two years in France. Mr. Gjørtz was CFO of Nora Eiendom AS until the company was acquired by KLP Forsikring in 1995. He has also experience from Nora Industrier AS, from the seismic company GECO AS and as auditor within Arthur Andersen. Mr. Gjørtz is a board member of the listed Itera Consulting Group ASA and Heidenreich Holding AS. He received his business administration degree from the Oslo School of Management. Mr. Gjørtz and parties closely related to him own no Hafslund shares.
 
Tove Pettersen (b. 1970), previously Group Senior Vice President Corporate and currently at maternity leave, will take up the position as Senior Vice President Group Functions as of April 2007. Ms. Pettersen was Group Senior Vice President Corporate from September 2005 to July 2006. Previously, she was Group Senior Vice President, Markets, a position she took over in the autumn of 2003 after having served as Group Vice President, Power Sales. Ms. Pettersen joined Hafslund in 1997 from Hedmark Energi. Until 2002, she played a key role within Hafslund's industrial investments and power trading activities. Ms. Pettersen is a board member of Energibedriftenes landsforening (EBL) and Eidsiva Vekst AS. She holds an MBA from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration. Ms. Pettersen and parties closely related to her own 6,858 Class B Hafslund shares.
