The Hafslund ASA Board of Directors proposes per-share dividend of NOK 2.25 for the financial year 2008.

 

The proposal will be decided upon at the annual general meeting on the 6th May 2009. Provided that the annual general meeting adopts the proposal, the shares will be traded without a right to dividend for 2008 (the "Ex date") from the 7th May 2009. Planned date of distribution of dividend is 20th May 2009.
