May 2 The Norwegian Surpreme Court made a ruling in the case concerning a bilateral option contract between Hafslund Strøm AS and Energi E2 A/S. The ruling was in favour of Hafslund, and Hafslund is awarded approximately NOK 18.5 million including mora interests from January 20, 2004. Further reference regarding this matter please see 1st quarter report 2005. None of the parties were awarded costs, and the judgement was made with one dissenting vote.

 

Hafslund will recover the amount in the 2nd quarter of 2006
