Hafslund ASA has the 16th of October increased the bond issue FRN Hafslund 2006/2011 (HNA 62), ISIN NO 001 030802.6 by NOK 300 million. Of the total amount NOK 100 million is sold to investors, the remaining NOK 200 million is kept within the treasury of Hafslund ASA. Total outstanding amount in this bond issue is NOK 600 million.

 

The transaction is part of Hafslund's general re-financing of the debt portfolio.
