Hafslund ASA has through the wholly owned subsidiary Hafslund Venture AS entered an agreement to acquire a further 2,1% in Renewable Energy Corporation AS (REC) from Mithrill GmbH. Hafslund owns following this acquisition 23.8% in REC. Hafslund has also acquired convertible bonds from the same seller which fully diluted brings Hafslund to an ownership share of 24.9%. Hafslund has following this fully diluted a cost price per share of approx. NOK 170.
