Hafslund ASA has today issued a Euro 50 million 7-year Schuldschein loan in Germany. The terms are competitive to the terms in the Norwegian bond market. The issue is part of the financing of the acquisition of Viken Fjernvarme AS. Hafslund is planning a further issue in the same market during the first quarter of 2007.
