Tore Schøitz, Senior Vice President, Venture, has 24 June 2009 sold 2,479 Hafslund ASA B-shares at a price of NOK 66.50 per share to Granhaug Industrier AS, a company owned by Tore Schiøtz and his family.

 

Granhaug Industrier AS has further on 24 June 2009 bought 600 Hafslund ASA B-shares at a price of NOK 67.83.

 

After this acquisition, Schiøtz, directly and indirectly, owns 5,200 A-shares and 3,079 B-shares in Hafslund ASA.
