Reference is made to notice given 21 June, 7 July and 14 July 2006.

 

All employees in the Hafslund Group who are included in the wage settlement in spring 2005 are free of charge offered up to 256 B-shares in Hafslund ASA dependent upon period of employment and employment percentage. The offer is part of Hafslund's moderate wage settlement and annual profit for 2005.

 

As part of the offer, a further 5 888 Hafslund B-shares were on 19 September allocated to employees in Hafslund. The shares are transferred to NOK 90.- per share. Following this transaction, Hafslund's balance of own shares is 211 878 of class B-shares.
