Cato Haugen has, through the wholly owned company CH Holding AS, the 24th of November acquired 5 000 class A-shares at an average price of NOK 66.08 per share and 22 000 class B-shares at an average price of NOK 64.82 per share in Hafslund ASA. Following this acquisition, Cato Haugen, directly and indirectly, owns 15 000 A-shares and 86 773 B-shares in Hafslund ASA.
