Cato Haugen has, through the wholly owned company CH Holding AS, the 8th of September acquired 50 000 class B-shares, at an average price of NOK 54.78 per share in Hafslund ASA. Following this acquisition, Cato Haugen, directly and indirectly, owns 52 373 B-shares in Hafslund ASA.
