HNA/HNB - Mandatory notification of trade

With reference to notification dated 11 July 2005 in connection with Hafslund ASA's local wage settlement 2005, where permanent employees in more than 50% position were offered to acquire up to 614 Hafslund B-shares.

A total of allocated B-shares was informed in notification as of 11 July 2005 to be 428 886 B-shares. Please note that the correct number of B-shares should have been 428 682 B-shares.
