With reference to previous notifications in connection with Hafslund ASA's local wage settlement 2005, where permanent employees in more than 50% position were offered to acquire up to 614 Hafslund B-shares.

 

The shares were offered at a price per B-share of NOK 32.56, representing a discount of about 20 percent relative to the trading price of the B-share around the time of the offer.
