Reference is made to today's notice from Intellinet informing that the company is filing for bankruptcy.

 

Hafslund owns app. 15% of the shares in Intellinet. The value of the Intellinet shares in Hafslund's books was NOK 30.3 mio. as at 31 March 2002. In addition, Hafslund has a secured loan in the amount of NOK 15 mio. outstanding from Intellinet.
