Hafslund ASA has issued a new bond FRN Hafslund 07/12, ISIN NO 0010359649, HNA67. The first tranche of the issue amounts to NOK 500 million. Of this amount NOK 400 million is sold to investors and the remaining NOK 100 million is kept within the treasury of Hafslund ASA. Payment date is 20 March 2007.
