Hafslund ASA has issued a new bond FRN Hafslund 2005/2008 ISIN NO 001 028564.6. The first tranche of the issue amounts to NOK 500 million. Of this amount NOK 300 million is sold to investors and the remaining NOK 200 million is kept as part of Hafslund's treasury. Payment date is 30 September 2005.
