Hafslund ASA has issued a new bond with a term from 21 January 2009 to 21 January 2019, coupon 6.30 %. The first tranche of the issue amounts to NOK 500 million. Of this amount NOK 415 million is sold to investors and the remaining NOK 85 million is kept within the treasury of Hafslund ASA.

 

Hafslund ASA has bought back NOK 100 million of the commercial paper 6.90 % Hafslund cert. 23.04.09, ISIN NO 001 0468168, HNA84. After this transaction, outstanding amount in the market of this commercial paper is NOK 150 million.
