Hafslund ASA has issued two new bonds:

-         One bond with coupon 5.50 %, with a term from 12 March 2009 to 12 March 2015. The first tranche of the issue amounts to NOK 300 million. Of this amount NOK 175 million is sold to investors and the remaining NOK 125 million is kept within the treasury of Hafslund ASA.

-         One floating rate note with coupon 3 month Nibor + 150 bsp, with a term from 12 March 2009 to 12 September 2013. The first tranche amounts to NOK 200 million. Of this amount NOK 125 million is sold to investors and the remaining NOK 75 million is kept within the treasury of Hafslund ASA.
