Hafslund ASA has today via Hafslund Venture AS required conversion of convertible bonds face value NOK 3.862.800. After the conversion Hafslund Venture AS will own 540148 shares in Norsk Vekst ASA.

 

Tore Schiøtz is board member of Norsk Vekst ASA and Managing Director of Hafslund Venture AS.
