Per Kristian Olsen, has on 15 May 2002 purchased 600 shares in Hafslund of class B, at a price of NOK 30 per share through his 100% owned company PK Consult AS. After this purchase he owns, directly and indirectly, 2000 B-shares and 400 A-shares in Hafslund ASA.
