Hafslund ASA has sold its office at Lørenveien 68 in Oslo for NOK 177 million to a syndicate led by Norden Prosjekt. Hafslund will lease the property back for a period of 15 years. The sale will give an accounting profit before tax of apprx. NOK  40 million. The transaction is a natural step in the on-going work in Hafslund to de-invest non-core assets.
