Hafslund has sold the real estates Drammensveien 118 and Kirkeveien 155/157 for a total of NOK 78 million. Hafslund will lease back part of the real estate.

 

The sale gives an accounting profit before tax of approx. NOK 67 million.

 

The transaction is part of the capital release process to dispose off non-core assets within Hafslund.
