The Board of Directors in Hafslund ASA has today approved that Fortum Forvaltning AS, a wholly owned subsidiary in the Fortum Group, acquires 30,479,353 A-shares and 11,265,909 B-shares, a total of 41,745,262 shares in Hafslund ASA
