In connection with Hafslund ASA's wage settlement for 2003, all employees were offered 303 Hafslund B-shares (152 shares for employees working less than 50% of full time). The background is the agreement made with the employee organisations on a zero percentage nominal wage settlement in 2003. In total 422.838 Hafslund-B shares were allotted. After this, Hafslund holds 563.806 Hafslund B-shares.
