The board of Hafslund ASA has decided to call an extraordinary general meeting in Hafslund ASA on 30 August in relation to Hafslund's acquisition of Viken Fjernvarme AS. Reference is made to notice given 4 July 2006.

 

The extraordinary general meeting will take place at Hotel Continental, Stortingsgaten 24/26, Oslo, at 5pm the 30 August. The summons to the meeting will be sent all shareholders of known address no later than 14 days prior to the general meeting.
