Hafslund ASA allotted 2.164 Hafslund shares of class B at a price of NOK 24.80 per share to Hafslund employees. The allotment is executed in connection with a general purchase program in 2002 to all employees in Hafslund ASA and companies owned with more than 50% of Hafslund ASA. After this transaction, Hafslund's balance of own shares is 4.077.197 of class B, which is the equivalent of 2,09 % of total outstanding shares and 5,11 % of outstanding shares of class B.
