HNA Sales of own shares
On June 14, 2001, Hafslund ASA sold 40,100 Hafslund shares of class B at a price of NOK 24.00 per share. The sale is executed in connection with a general purchase program to all employees in Hafslund ASA. After this transaction, Hafslund's balance of own shares is 2,335,433 of class B, which is the equivalent of 2.02% of total outstanding shares and 4.95% of outstanding shares class B.
