SALE OF SUBSIDIARY ORION SYSTEMS AS <br> <br>
A letter of intent to sell 100% of the shares in Orion Systems to the American software company Caminus LLC for the net amount of NOK 82 million has been signed. Hafslund will for its 62% ownership share account a profit in the range of NOK 32 million.
