The cooperation in Din Energi between Hafslund ASA (HNA) and Drammen Kraft Holding will continue
The ownership shares of Drammen Kraft Holding and Hafslund will hereafter be approx. 51% and 47% respectively.
The ambition of the parties is to build a large effective, Norwegian retail business based on cooperation with regional partners.
