Haldex AWD system presented by FIAT at Paris Motor Show FIAT AUTO is showing a new concept car named NEA-Tripmate at this year's Paris Motor Show. The NEA-Tripmate is a "friendly" car that is fun to drive and can take the family to their different activities, for example out on the beach or to picnic in the terrain off-road. A so called All Activity Vehicle. FIAT has chosen the Haldex AWD-system because it is fully transparent to the driver. It is just there, doing the job when needed without any action from the driver. Haldex AWD-system is connected to the CAN-bus, communicating with the other electronic systems in the car. This makes it possible for the built- in processor to optimize the traction in every driving situation. This project is yet another confirmation of Haldex leading position in AWD technology.
